The nomination window for the 2026 Steelbacks Foundation Cricket Collective Awards is now open!

The 2026 award categories are detailed below and are ready for nominations to recognise and reward the most dedicated volunteers in local cricket. Nominations are welcomed from anyone involved in or associated with the Northamptonshire recreational cricket community. So, if you’re a parent and would like to recognise a coach or activator, or you’re member of your local cricket club and you would like to reward someone from your club’s committee or the grounds team, this is your chance!

The nomination window closes on the 20th May, and the Award Presentation will take place at the County Ground on Sunday 9th August when the Steelbacks take on Somerset in the Metro Bank One Day Cup. All winners will be invited to a full day’s hospitality and presented with their awards on the pitch during the interval. Selected categories are also linked to ECB National Volunteer Awards, that are chosen from all the county winners in England and Wales are awarded in the close season.
